This position provides a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service within a multidisciplinary team at Ipswich Hospital. The role operates under professional and ethical standards, guided by senior pharmacists, and contributes to the evolving digital landscape of healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary team to optimise medication management.
• Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal pharmacy systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrates honesty, integrity and respect for patients, carers and staff.
• Excellent communication skills for service provision within legal frameworks.
• Core knowledge and expertise in contemporary clinical pharmacy practice and hospital pharmacy service delivery.
• Ability to provide patient care using high‑level written and oral communication.
• Proactive contribution to team objectives and multidisciplinary collaboration.
