Education Sales Consultant – Remote (Australia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Education Sales Consultant to join our team remotely from anywhere in Australia. You will help prospective students choose the right beauty and wellness courses and guide them through enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries received via phone and email, each backed by a downloaded course guide.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand candidates’ goals and match them with appropriate courses.
• Close enrollments, including discussing payment plans and handling price objections.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Provide empathetic, solution‑focused service while adhering to company processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience selling education or training courses over the phone (RTO, VET, private college, ed‑tech, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage warm leads, run consultations and achieve enrollment quotas.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently from a home office.
• Quiet dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.

• Follow‑up discipline to convert consultations into enrollments.

What we offer

• Base salary of $80,000 AUD per year plus superannuation.
