E-commerce & Digital Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic E‑commerce & Digital Executive to own and enhance the online presence of our luxury hotel. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working on‑site, you will collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales and Operations to deliver a seamless digital guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website, OTA and third‑party channel content, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Create conversion‑focused digital assets, imagery and promotional copy.
• Support email, paid media, search and social campaigns.
• Optimize SEO/SEM performance and improve online visibility and rankings.
• Monitor traffic, bookings and KPI dashboards using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Assist CRM and email marketing initiatives, from deployment to reporting.
• Work with Revenue Management to maximise distribution performance and pricing consistency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest digital journey and drive direct revenue.
