Marketing Manager

About the role

Compact Lifts is looking for a data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution and performance of both digital and traditional campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support long‑term brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that meet lead‑generation targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing activities, including agency coordination, campaign planning, content creation, email marketing, social media, and events.
• Lead lead‑generation programmes across digital advertising, print, direct mail and referral channels.
• Collaborate with sales to produce marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies and presentations.
• Oversee website content, SEO partners and online presence to maximise lead capture and engagement.
• Track, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C, residential building or mobility products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and measure multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
