Distributor Manager - Queensland

About the role

Arbex is seeking a commercially driven Distributor Manager to join its KCP Channel team in Queensland. You will manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing tier two and tier three distributor partners across the state, acting as the primary contact for your portfolio and as the main point of contact for a strong customer base in Brisbane. The role is planned to start in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing tier two and tier three KCP distributor partners across Queensland
• Build a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities and manage them through the complete sales cycle
• Develop trusted customer relationships and demonstrate the value of KCP products, services and commercial solutions
• Engage distributor sales representatives through product training, joint customer calls and sales activation initiatives
• Collaborate with KCP Account Managers and the wider sales and channel teams to coordinate customer activity
• Identify customer priorities, growth opportunities and commercial risks and work with internal teams to resolve operational challenges

Required profile

• Approximately five years of B2B sales or account management experience
• Experience working with distributors, channel partners or a buy-sell commercial model
• Sales experience in FMCG, workplace products, hygiene, professional solutions or a similar industry
• Experience in a cross-functional or matrix organisation
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing role, with strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
• Only local candidates already authorised to work in Australia are eligible; relocation support is not provided
