Dispensary Manager (Pharmacist)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced community pharmacist to lead our dispensary team at a busy, customer‑focused pharmacy in Chelsea Heights. This hands‑on leadership position combines operational oversight with a commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily dispensary operations, workflow, and inventory control.
• Coordinate effective handovers and delegate tasks across shifts.
• Oversee claims processing and key administrative functions.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to overall business success.
• Maintain high standards of patient‑centred care and professional practice.
• Support, mentor, and develop pharmacy team members.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a registered pharmacist in a Victorian community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Full Australian working rights (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
