Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue will lead revenue management initiatives for the Adelaide Marriott Hotel, driving pricing strategy, forecasting and profitability across rooms and function spaces. You will work closely with sales, operations and finance to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds RevPAR and RevPAS targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management projects and strategies that set industry standards.
• Manage room and function space authorisations, rates, restrictions and inventory in reservation systems.
• Create long‑range forecasts for rooms and catering by segment and update them regularly.
• Analyse revenue, profit and demand data to maximise profitability.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with Marriott revenue guidelines.
• Lead the day‑to‑day revenue management team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior revenue management or similar managerial role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Self‑motivated, driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a can‑do attitude.
