Director – Digital & Core Infrastructure Project Finance

About the role

We are partnering with a leading infrastructure investment platform to recruit a Director for its Project Finance team. The role focuses on origination, structuring and execution of financing transactions for digital and core infrastructure assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the origination, structuring and execution of project finance and infrastructure financing transactions.
• Develop senior relationships with infrastructure funds, sponsors, developers and institutional investors.
• Identify and originate new opportunities across digital and core infrastructure.
• Oversee modelling, due diligence, structuring and documentation from mandate to financial close.
• Provide strategic advice on acquisition finance, refinancing and capital structures.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform growth.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure finance or investment banking.
• Proven track record in origination, structuring and execution of complex infrastructure transactions.
• Established relationships with infrastructure funds, sponsors, developers and institutional investors.
• Strong leadership and client‑facing skills.
