Workday Adaptive Senior Principal Consultant

About the role

The Senior Principal Consultant bridges business and technical teams, guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation of Workday Adaptive solutions. This senior position requires deep FP&A expertise and leadership across project workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Mentor and oversee other consultants, ensuring project alignment and quality.
• Drive tactical decisions, manage dependencies across workstreams, and support client transition from legacy systems.
• Support sales activities such as estimation, discovery, client presentations and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with 4+ years implementing planning tools.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.

Required skills

• Workday Adaptive Planning (highly desirable).
• Experience with other planning tools such as IBM TM1 or Anaplan.
• Financial modelling using SQL, Python or JavaScript.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
