Director, Business Development

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across the APAC region. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, shaping opportunities and ensuring Anduril’s solutions meet evolving defense needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and capture business opportunities by understanding client roadmaps, competitive landscape, and technology gaps.
• Grow existing business by partnering with Operations teams to expand contracts and explore new work areas.
• Communicate Anduril’s value proposition to clients, partners, and the public, highlighting competitive advantages.
• Inform product development by translating client needs into engineering priorities and providing ongoing feedback.

Required profile

• Ability to hold an NV2 Australian security clearance (TSPV desired).
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements and support activities.
• Proven ability to work effectively within an integrated, international team.
• Strong knowledge of Australian legal frameworks related to defense and technology projects.
