Digital Project Manager

About the role

HammondCare, a not-for-profit aged care provider, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead the hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives in a regulated care environment. Working across multiple concurrent initiatives, the role takes work from discovery and planning through implementation and transition, coordinating business and technology teams, managing external partners and dependencies, and ensuring practical outcomes. It suits someone comfortable working with senior stakeholders while getting into the details of delivery.

The position is available on 12 and 24 month fixed-term contracts, based in St Leonards with hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex digital initiatives in a regulated care environment, engaging diverse clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Manage interdependencies across data, technology, operations and vendors to ensure coordinated end-to-end delivery
• Translate business outcomes and requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones and accountable actions

Required profile

• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role, delivering complex business and technology transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience moving initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation and transition, and managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
• Experience delivering enterprise technology or major business-system implementations
• Experience in healthcare, aged care or another complex, regulated environment
• Experience working with senior executives and governance forums
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and project or Agile delivery certification desirable

Required skills

• Strong understanding of business process change, systems integration, data, testing and operational readiness
• Vendor, commercial, budget and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
