Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

Arrow Agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who wants to own strategy, client relationships and the full performance lifecycle. You will work across paid media, CRM, SEO, website optimisation and reporting while receiving strong mentorship and support.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and strategy, including account setup and tracking using GA4, GTM and website integrations.
• Brief, collaborate on, and create creative and copy assets for campaigns.
• Set up, optimise and monitor digital campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Work with landing pages, websites, SEO and CRM workflows to improve lead quality.
• Report results clearly and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute ideas for messaging, creative direction and ongoing campaign improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or client‑facing marketing roles.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative, curious and confident when interacting with clients.
• Agency experience or knowledge of CRM/SEO is a plus.
