Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to bring our premium brand to life across social, website and email channels. In this 12‑month fixed‑term role you will develop engaging content, manage a multi‑channel calendar and use data‑driven insights to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns on social media, eDM and website platforms in line with the broader marketing strategy.
• Create on‑brand content including social posts, website articles and email newsletters.
• Own and maintain the digital content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, retailers and external agencies to deliver best‑practice campaigns.
• Support retailer marketing initiatives through digital storytelling and promotional content.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
• Assist with copywriting, digital asset management and the production of seasonal campaign assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation, preferably within retail, lifestyle or agency environments.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning performance data into actionable insights.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
