Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join CSR’s North Ryde team. In this role you will shape how customers experience our brands across all digital touchpoints, driving engagement and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, publish, optimise and govern content across CSR digital platforms.
• Support multi‑channel engagement to drive audience interaction throughout the digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product marketing teams to enhance customer experience and align with CSR’s broader digital strategy.
• Develop and coordinate content calendars for blogs, social media, advertising, websites and multimedia assets.
• Execute and manage digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media and other platforms, ensuring strong stakeholder management and timely delivery.
• Work with digital agencies to support demand generation and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Track, report and analyse performance of digital content, campaigns and channel activity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimise digital performance through insights and continuous improvement.
• Assist with marketing automation using platforms such as Campaign Monitor.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, technologies and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to optimise customer engagement.
• Support creation of digital advertising and promotional content across various platforms.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for analysing performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas for digital content and campaigns.
