Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This hands‑on position is for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will own paid digital performance across a portfolio of B2C and B2B brands. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will plan, execute and optimise campaigns while improving website conversion and supporting SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and display campaigns, managing budgets and improving cost‑per‑lead and ROAS.
• Test, refine and scale campaign performance based on data insights.
• Maintain and update WordPress sites, create landing pages with Elementor Pro, and enhance conversion rates through CRO and UX improvements.
• Support SEO improvements across multiple websites and implement tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Search Console.
• Create digital ad assets using Canva or Adobe Suite and continuously test creative performance.
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency, performance and workflow.

Required profile

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media.
• Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO, conversion optimisation and performance‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities independently.
• Australian work rights.
