Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position will transition a digital marketer into a specialist in customer‑focused marketing. You will apply your existing digital skills to a high‑volume, data‑rich communications program serving customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimisation of email, SMS and push‑notification campaigns.
• Use data, segmentation, testing and personalisation to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, digital and analytics teams to deliver timely, relevant communications.
• Help build and maintain a lifecycle marketing capability within a small, focused team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, campaign or loyalty marketing for a large, fast‑paced B2C brand.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Interest in email marketing, CRM, customer data and personalisation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Curiosity, commercial thinking and a willingness to keep learning.
