Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

iNova is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead social, content, creative and eCommerce initiatives for its ANZ healthcare portfolio. You will work closely with agencies, creators and internal teams to deliver channel‑native experiences that grow brands and drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the future of social, content and creative across iNova’s ANZ healthcare brands.
• Create sharp, platform‑specific content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Elevate creative quality through better briefs, smarter agency collaboration and streamlined processes.
• Drive eCommerce and retail media performance, optimizing partnerships with key retailers.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve ROI and investment efficiency.
• Coach internal stakeholders and promote digital best practices across the business.

Required profile

• Experience in digital, social, content, creative or eCommerce marketing, preferably in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmacy or grocery.
• Proven expertise in both paid and organic social media and content creation.
• Hands‑on experience with eCommerce and retail media platforms.
• Data‑driven decision making with strong commercial acumen.
• Track record of managing agencies and delivering high‑quality creative assets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Curiosity and passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
