Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator

About the role

Join the Alexandria studio of SARAH & SEBASTIAN as a Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator. You will support customer acquisition, retention and client‑eling by translating campaign briefs into execution across Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Tulip.

Key responsibilities

• Execute paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms, handling asset trafficking, copy, targeting, UTM parameters and QA.
• Build, QA, schedule and deploy email, SMS and lifecycle communications in Klaviyo, maintaining automated journeys such as welcome, cart abandonment and VIP flows.
• Support the Tulip client‑eling platform, maintain segmentation data and report on outreach, store adoption and attributed revenue.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports across paid media, CRM and client‑eling, ensuring data hygiene in Shopify, Klaviyo, Tulip, Gorgias and GA4.
• Coordinate channel specifications and timelines in Asana, documenting processes and leveraging AI/automation to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, performance media or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar) for flows, segmentation and testing.
• Familiarity with client‑eling platforms such as Tulip.
• Strong attention to detail, QA discipline and project‑management skills using Asana.
