Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

SGS is seeking a creative and organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This early‑career position will involve creating content, managing digital campaigns, analysing performance data and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Create digital and print assets such as social media posts, EDMs, brochures, flyers, banners and advertisements.
• Write compelling copy for social media, website updates, articles, case studies and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights.
• Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Assist with promotion and delivery of events, webinars, conferences and trade shows.
• Maintain website content, monitor performance and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, creative and eager to grow a career in digital marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• WordPress website management.
• Video editing using Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Marketing analytics and reporting tools.
