Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Accent Group is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support its flagship brands Platypus Shoes, Hype DC and Subtype. You will help design and deliver digital campaigns that boost customer engagement, retention and online growth across multiple retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage customer segments within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for targeted email marketing.
• Coordinate and execute email campaigns aligned with promotions, product launches and trade activities.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys such as welcome, onboarding, retention and win‑back flows.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and ROI, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams to deliver engaging CRM campaigns from concept to launch.
• Support loyalty, acquisition and retention initiatives across all three brands.
• Assist with SEO tasks, including landing page creation, blog writing, product description optimisation and internal linking.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and AI opportunities to drive online growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a commercial mindset.
