Digital Director

About the role

Dentsu is seeking a Digital Director to lead full‑funnel digital strategy for its largest client base in Western Australia. You will drive integrated planning across Search and Social, advise senior stakeholders, and shape multi‑vertical digital excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated digital strategy across brand and performance channels, covering Search, Social, Programmatic and GMP platforms.
• Oversee commercial accuracy, statement of work management and portfolio profitability.
• Support the ELT on new business development, pitches and consultancy.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing digital team and deliver vertical‑specific excellence in Education, Personal Finance, Lifestyle & Resources.

Required profile

• Established experience in a media agency landscape with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong full‑funnel thinking, channel integration skills and ability to discuss advanced measurement and first‑party data strategies.
• Proven commercial acumen managing a multi‑million‑dollar annual budget.
• Strategic storyteller who can simplify complex data and influence senior executives.
