Digital Coordinator

About the role

ENGIE Australia is seeking a Digital Coordinator to deliver engaging and seamless digital experiences across its website and ecommerce channels. You will collaborate with brand, marketing and digital teams to bring campaigns to life, optimise performance and enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content, landing pages and digital assets through CMS platforms.
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to implement digital campaigns and promotional content.
• Build and enhance website components and pages to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Support ecommerce initiatives and optimise online customer journeys.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility, traffic and performance.
• Contribute to conversion optimisation through testing, analysis and implementation of improvements.
• Monitor digital performance and provide insights using analytics tools.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital professional with strong understanding of web content, digital platforms and ecommerce.
• Demonstrated experience in digital coordination, UI/UX design, website management or digital experience roles.
• Proven ability to update, optimise and launch web pages, landing pages and digital campaign content.
• Experience in a customer‑focused digital environment with knowledge of web analytics.

Required skills

• CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Optimizely or Drupal.
• Digital design tools, particularly Figma.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application.
• Web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics.
