Dialysis Clinic Manager

About the role

Lead a well‑established dialysis service, delivering safe, effective and evidence‑based haemodialysis care while supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing clinical team and ensure patient‑centred dialysis care.
• Manage clinic operations, workforce planning, resource allocation and financial performance.
• Drive quality improvement, risk management, accreditation activities and clinical governance.
• Develop staff through coaching, education and performance management, and foster relationships with nephrologists, patients and families.

Required profile

• Confident, collaborative healthcare leader passionate about clinical excellence and staff development.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with a strong focus on patient care and team engagement.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a practising certificate.
• Minimum five years of relevant nursing experience, including extensive haemodialysis nursing.

Required skills

• Extensive haemodialysis nursing knowledge and experience.
• Proven experience in quality improvement and risk management.
• Strong financial, operational and workforce management capabilities.
• High level of computer literacy.
