DevOps Engineer

About the role

HUB24 is seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to build, support and continuously improve its cloud platforms and software delivery capabilities across AWS and Google Cloud. You will work closely with Platform, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Product and Test teams to shape how technology is delivered across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support scalable cloud solutions on AWS and GCP, using Terraform, CloudFormation or equivalent IaC tools.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines in partnership with engineering teams, automating build, test, deployment and release processes.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules, templates and technical documentation.
• Support containerised workloads, administer Docker and Kubernetes environments, and improve observability with monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting solutions.
• Participate in production incident response, root‑cause analysis, reliability engineering practices and security compliance activities.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Platform Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience operating production‑grade AWS and Google Cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and collaborating across multiple teams.
