Deputy Principal (Learning & Teaching K-12)

About the role

The Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching (K‑12) is a senior leader within the College, responsible for driving the vision for learning across all year levels and supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and review of the College’s K‑12 Vision for Learning.
• Oversee curriculum planning, delivery and continuous improvement from Kindergarten to Year 12.
• Mentor and coach staff, build professional learning communities and support recruitment, induction and wellbeing of staff.
• Manage reporting, assessment and compliance requirements such as NAPLAN, OLNA and examinations.
• Promote Catholic identity, faith formation and community engagement across the College.

Required profile

• Current TRBWA registration and accreditation for leadership in a Catholic school (or progress towards it).
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in education with at least seven years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated deep pedagogical knowledge across K‑12 and strong relational leadership.
• Ability to communicate with influence, lead change and model integrity and professionalism.
