Dental Receptionist – Part‑time (2‑3 days)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to work across our Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore practices. This shared, part‑time position offers stable, consistent hours of 2–3 days per week and the chance to build relationships with patients in a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide courteous customer service from the moment they arrive.
• Manage patient bookings, appointments and the practice schedule.
• Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries and process payments and health‑fund claims.
• Support the dental team with general administrative tasks and ensure the reception area runs smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous reception or customer‑service experience.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with patients.
• Organised, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional attitude.
• Enjoys teamwork and has an interest in the dental industry.
