Dental Equipment Sales Specialist

About the role

Henry Schein is seeking a Dental Equipment Sales Specialist to join its Queensland team. You will drive growth across the equipment portfolio, covering Brisbane south of the Brisbane River to Coffs Harbour, and act as a trusted advisor throughout complex project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing customer base while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet customer needs and achieve commercial targets.
• Provide consultative sales support, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Train internal teams on product knowledge and applications.
• Use CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pronto) to track activity and support sales.
• Travel across the territory, including occasional regional trips and weekend expo work.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in dental, medical or allied health.
• Dental industry experience with knowledge of products, equipment and clinical applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
