About the role
1300SMILES Toowoomba is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join their supportive team. The role starts on a casual basis with the potential to become a permanent full‑time position.
Key responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of infection control.
- Support clinicians throughout patient appointments and assist with the day‑to‑day running of the surgery.
- Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming clinical environment.
Required profile
- Experienced Dental Assistant with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
