Delivery Leader - Splunk Professional Services

About the role

Cisco is looking for a Delivery Leader for Splunk Professional Services in its Customer Experience (CX) team. You will manage a team of Consulting Engineers and Technical Leaders who deliver complex Splunk-based solutions and observability programs. The role balances people leadership with customer delivery, partnering with Global CX PM, CX Engineering and the wider Splunk/Cisco ecosystem, and drives strategic priorities around data analytics and security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the financial steward of the portfolio, driving accountability for revenue, bookings and margin targets.
• Oversee performance management, goal setting and career development, building expertise in Splunk's security (SIEM) and observability product suites.
• Ensure staffing alignment and skills readiness for Splunk deployments, observability transformations and security architecture projects.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team and guide the evolution of technical skills in line with Splunk's feature updates.
• Align team direction with account plans and adoption goals, and act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity and observability trends.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships with Cisco, customers and partners, and coordinate across functions for successful solution adoption.
• Lead the team in an AI-integrated delivery approach using Splunk's machine learning and AIOps capabilities, and support digital delivery and CX transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 3 years as a People Leader in a Professional Services, Managed Services or Security Consulting environment.
• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• Strong experience with Splunk's core product lines (Enterprise, Cloud, Observability or Security/SIEM).
• Proven track record in PS delivery methodologies, architecture and large-scale data or security integrations.
• Experience in a matrixed, global organization.
