Delivery Analyst – Professional Services

About the role

Diligent is looking for a Delivery Analyst with Risk & Audit experience to join its Professional Services team. You will execute and deliver solutions for managed services requests, acting as a subject‑matter expert on Diligent’s GRC SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional services across the customer journey, from solution rollout to implementation.
• Collaborate with PS management, CS, sales, PM, PMM and marketing teams to support each stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Configure and implement Diligent products using the company’s methodology, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, engage with customers to understand program goals, and provide best‑practice guidance.
• Work with Delivery Managers to route new service requests appropriately.

Required profile

• 12+ months of experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation or a client‑facing role.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with urgency, excellence and accountability.
• Understanding of GRC disciplines (governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls or information security) or willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, able to deliver presentations and workshops.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Required skills

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with platform‑based products/solutions (preferred).
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Information Security or MIS (preferred).
• Professional GRC accreditation (e.g., CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP) is a plus.
