Our client, a leading BigLaw firm in New York City, is expanding its Finance team and seeks an experienced Debt Finance Attorney. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value transactions within a top‑tier legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Finance team on large‑scale debt finance and banking matters.
- Collaborate with international colleagues on cross‑border transactions.
- Provide legal analysis and drafting for complex financing structures.
Required profile
- Strong debt finance and general banking experience.
- Experience at an international law firm.
- Excellent academic background.
- Qualified attorney with a JD or equivalent.
