About the role
We are seeking an experienced Debt Finance Attorney to join a leading BigLaw finance team in New York City. The role offers the opportunity to work on high‑value, complex financing matters within a top‑tier legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the finance team on large‑scale debt financing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and related financing paperwork.
- Provide legal advice on general banking and finance matters to internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with international law firm partners on cross‑border financing deals.
Required profile
- Strong experience in debt finance and general banking law.
- Background working at an international law firm.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Qualified attorney with a JD or equivalent degree.
