Data Analyst & Reporting Engineer – AI Operations

About the role

Sharon AI is seeking a Data Analyst & Reporting Engineer for AI Operations to turn operational data into actionable insights. You will develop and continuously improve dashboards, analytics, and data automation for the company’s AI Factory and Data Centre operations across Australia and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance operational dashboards and reports covering incidents, changes, problems, SLA/KPI performance, infrastructure health and overall service performance.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, delivering clear insights to leadership and technical teams.
• Ensure reporting data is accurate, complete and traceable, resolving data‑quality issues across source systems.
• Design and maintain automation for data collection, reporting and alerts using Power Automate, APIs and scripting.
• Produce visualisations and summaries for Service Assurance, Customer Success and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operational reporting or business intelligence within complex technology environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and ability to translate complex data into clear operational messages.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail and interest in AI technologies.

Required skills

• Power BI – data modelling, dashboard development and reporting automation.
• Power Automate, APIs and scripting for data collection and alerts.
• SQL, Power Query/DAX and Python for data transformation.
• Experience working with multiple data sources, spreadsheets and databases.
