Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional face‑to‑face customer experience during vehicle handover.
• Guide customers through the collection process with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Explain the handover steps clearly and answer any questions.
• Calm first‑day nerves and celebrate the excitement of each new car owner.
• Manage multiple customer appointments efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Solid customer service experience and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a “nothing is too much trouble” mindset.
• Ability to build rapport with first‑time buyers and seasoned enthusiasts alike.
• Organised, professional and comfortable handling a busy schedule.
