Customer Support Professional – Hybrid (Richmond)

About the role

Randstad is looking for customer‑focused professionals to join high‑profile Australian brands in Richmond. This temporary, hybrid position offers up to $37 per hour plus 12% superannuation and provides a pathway into established call‑centre teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound calls and digital enquiries, delivering prompt and empathetic resolutions.
• Meet standard performance metrics such as average handling time and quality assurance scores.
• Navigate and update customer information using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Collaborate with a supportive, high‑energy team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an inbound call centre, high‑volume customer service, retail or hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• High reliability and commitment during training and peak periods.
• Willingness to undergo standard background checks (police, drug & alcohol screening) as required.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
