Customer Success Manager – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role
As a Customer Success Manager based on the Gold Coast, you will be the primary commercial contact for Odoo’s existing customers in Australia. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive upselling opportunities, and manage contract renewals while acting as the Odoo sales expert for their IT projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 existing clients across Australia.
- Analyse customers’ IT projects and act as the Odoo solution specialist.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities by recommending the appropriate Odoo packages.
- Demonstrate new apps, features, and product versions to end‑users.
- Negotiate contract renewals, moving customers from monthly to multi‑year subscriptions.
Required profile
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong organisational skills to handle a large client portfolio.
- Excellent relational and negotiation abilities.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for software products.
- Quick, autonomous learner with full working rights in Australia.
