Customer Success Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join carsales as a Customer Success Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will partner with automotive dealers, helping them maximise the value of their carsales subscription through strategic guidance and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 300 dealer customers, acting as their trusted adviser.
• Provide proactive support, strategic advice and tailored solutions to achieve business goals.
• Use platform data and performance reporting to identify opportunities for adoption, engagement and retention.
• Educate customers on new features and optimise subscription value.
• Collaborate with Advertising Specialists, Account Executives and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services within a SaaS or digital business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence remotely.
• Organisational ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially minded with a focus on retention, growth and continuous improvement.
