Customer Service Team Member - Broome

About the role

Bunnings is looking for a Customer Service Team Member for its Broome store. Team members are the face of the store, greeting customers and offering friendly, helpful service and expert advice on tools and products. The pay rate is $28.64 per hour for adults aged 18 and over.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with the best possible experience across the store
• Serve customers with a smile at the checkout registers
• Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy

Required profile

• A genuine passion for customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to approach, connect with and confidently interact with customers
• Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and willingness to help across different areas of the store
• Integrity, safety awareness and a good effort
• Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
• Must be 15 years or older; background checks may be required after an offer
