Customer Service Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist at MyIntegra, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and SMS. You will support customers in navigating the NDIS and explain Plan Management benefits with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries across multiple channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate NDIS requirements and Plan Management benefits clearly.
• Investigate and resolve issues, offering effective solutions and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance.
• Use MyIntegra’s systems (e.g., Salesforce/CRM) to manage enquiries and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Experience as a customer service agent in a call centre environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, active listening and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to seek guidance when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with NDIS program rules and Code of Conduct (desirable).
