Agency Sourcing Specialist – Recruitment (Adelaide)

About the role

Talent International is seeking an energetic Agency Sourcing Specialist to join its Adelaide team. You will work closely with Account Managers to identify, engage and place top talent across ICT, Corporate Services and Defence roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑80 outbound calls daily to attract and qualify candidates.
• Source candidates using Bullhorn, LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media platforms.
• Advertise job openings across relevant channels.
• Screen candidates via phone, Zoom and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Perform reference checks and arrange police/DCSI screening.
• Validate candidates' Australian working rights.
• Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the placement process.
• Provide support to the sales team and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys phone conversations.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Curious mindset with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organised, motivated, resilient and a collaborative team player.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
