Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role

Join the Reddy Express team as a Customer Service Representative, delivering friendly and efficient service to store guests. You will help keep the store clean, well‑stocked and welcoming while supporting the broader OTR Group retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Operate point‑of‑sale equipment, handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist with product promotions, upsell specials and educate guests on the range of offerings.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting, reach for items, and stand for extended periods.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and handle moderate to heavy loads.
• Availability for varied shift patterns.

Required skills
