Customer Service Representative

About the role

Prvidr is seeking motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join its dynamic call‑centre team. You will support some of Australia’s most popular mobile brands, delivering a high‑quality experience to customers across phone and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for brands such as Coles Mobile and One Pass Mobile.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, logistics and technical issues.
• Uphold Prvidr’s values – Create Freedom, Own It, Be Bold and Simply Excellent – in every customer contact.
• Collaborate with remote team members to continuously improve service processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment.
• Strong alignment with Prvidr’s cultural values.
• Willingness to complete online behaviour testing and a phone interview as part of the recruitment process.
