Customer Service Officer – Phone Support (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers on the Customer Access Team at ACH Group’s Mile End site. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will deliver high‑quality phone support and help connect callers to the right services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless, solution‑focused customer service over the phone.
• Achieve “one‑call” resolution by directing callers to the appropriate expert services.
• Perform routine administration and data entry tasks.
• Contribute to an overall positive customer experience by linking callers to services that support a good life.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Successful National Criminal History Record Check (issued within the past 12 months).
