Client Relationship Consultant - Level 1

About the role

Gallagher Bassett is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant (Level 1) to provide telephone customer service to a variety of customers and look after existing clients. The role involves identifying and assessing customer needs, handling routine calls and correspondence and following up on issues until they are resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone.
• Serve existing clients by identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Receive and respond to written and verbal customer service inquiries.
• Follow up on customer issues, research problems and process the documents needed for a successful resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools.
• Handle calls and correspondence that are mostly routine but may need some deviation from standard procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Good verbal communication skills and a professional, positive approach to every caller.

Required skills

• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• Preferred: working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word).
