Outbound Call Centre Representative (Remote, 12-Month Term)

About the role

Audika, part of the Demant hearing healthcare group, is hiring experienced outbound call centre professionals for its Customer Care team in Australia. The role is fully remote and open to anyone in Australia, with a maximum term of 12 months. As a Call Centre Representative you will be the first point of contact for clients across Australia and New Zealand, engaging with new and existing clients and booking free hearing test appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls as part of promotional campaigns, such as offering and scheduling free hearing tests, hearing aid trials and adjustments
• Follow up on leads from direct marketing and rebook lapsed clients
• Book and manage clinic appointments using the CRM and internal systems
• Update client records accurately and document all information
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with empathy, accuracy and professionalism
• Meet and exceed contact centre KPIs (calls per hour, bookings, quality scores)

Required profile

• Previous contact centre, phone-based or telephone sales experience, ideally in healthcare, insurance, financial services, telecommunications or a similar sector
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls, preferably from a previous sales or telephone sales representative role
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven contact centre environments
• Excellent communicator who adapts their style to each client's needs
