Customer Service Consultant – Energy

About the role

Join Zenith Energy’s Connected Energy team as a Customer Service Consultant, supporting customers across retail and distribution operations in the evolving energy market. You will handle enquiries, applications and complaints, ensuring timely and positive outcomes while contributing to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and other channels.
• Manage customer applications, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and communications.
• Assist with electrical notification reviews and fieldwork generation.
• Participate in Solar Opt‑In customer engagement activities.
• Set up new distribution addresses and customer accounts.
• Escalate complex matters when required and contribute ideas for service improvement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and can stay calm under pressure.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
