Remote Telesales Representative – High‑Ticket B2B Calls

About the role

Quantum Contract Solutions is building a high‑output remote sales team to support its fast‑growing B2B business. As a Telesales Representative you will make outbound calls to construction subcontractors, engage in brief, focused conversations and book qualified sales calls for senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 200 outbound dials each workday.
• Conduct short (under 2 minutes) conversations and qualify prospects.
• Book at least one qualified sales call per day (≈22 per month) and ensure the prospect attends.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date records in the CRM after every interaction.
• Follow the prescribed script and fast‑phasing process.
• Handle rejection consistently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound cold‑calling experience in a B2B environment.
• Clear, direct English communication and confidence on the phone.
• Resilient, competitive and comfortable handling push‑back.
• Ability to work one of the two shifts (Australia 2 am‑10 am SAST or UK 11 am‑7 pm SAST).
• Professional remote work setup with reliable internet, power backup and appropriate equipment.

• Base salary R12 000–R13 000 per month during probation (first 3 months).
• Base salary R14 000–R15 000 per month after probation, plus commission on qualified calls.
• Total earnings typically R25 000–R30 000+ per month, with high performers reaching R30 000–R35 000+.
