Customer Service Consultant – Brisbane

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Brisbane team on a permanent full‑time basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, support sales initiatives, and ensure a high‑quality experience for our domestic customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and email enquiries from customers.
• Make proactive outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
• Schedule appointments for residential customers.
• Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and meet internal sales targets.
• Liaise with colleagues and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Ensure compliance with data‑handling standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment (essential).
• Demonstrated phone‑sales experience and ability to convert inquiries into sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask.
• Problem‑solving mindset and a focus on delivering a ‘wow’ customer experience.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, punctual and professional.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment medical and reference checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using multiple database and email systems.
