Customer Service Agent – Rivervale

About the role

Join Heidelberg Materials' Customer Service Centre in Rivervale and help deliver exceptional service to customers across Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring orders for concrete and aggregate products are processed smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls during scheduled shifts.
• Process and manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise the use of network assets.
• Work within the operational hours of 5am‑1pm, 6:30am‑2:30pm, or 9am‑5pm on weekdays, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Required profile

• Reliable and conscientious with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Curious and eager to learn about logistics and construction processes.
• Compassionate communication with both internal teams and external customers.
