Customer Sales & Service - Repco Wollongong (Casual)

About the role

Repco is hiring a casual Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant in Wollongong. The role creates positive moments for customers in a retail and trade environment selling after-market auto products. Repco wants every customer to have a great experience in person, by phone and online.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture

Required profile

• Casual availability
• A current driver's licence is preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and ad hoc driving
• Automotive or car knowledge and/or prior experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded
• The role involves lifting, bending and climbing
• Applications are welcome from people without industry knowledge
